How many quotes are there about hard work? I'm sure there's a couple that immediately pop into your head. We live in a culture that sends us the message that working hard will solve our problems.

It's one thing to have the right mindset. That's all that gurus want to talk about. Yes it's important to believe in yourself. But what about when it comes time to putting in the work?

Set smart goals so you can work SMART instead of HARD. This type of goal give you the blueprint to focus your efforts. This saves you time, energy, and frustration. Creating these is actually the first exercise that we do with our monthly coaching clients. Think about that for a second! Before we even teach any physical exercise, we do this mental exercise first.
