FITNESS

I started my coaching journey as a Personal Trainer. In 2019, I reached my goal to advance to a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. This allows me to apply scientific foundations to design your programs.

CLINICIAN

I’m a Registered Nurse with experience in both the clinic and hospital settings as a Certified Case Manager. I've successfully launched evidence-based programs for clinicians to assist patients with making healthy behavioral changes.
